Modul  3.3 Program yang Berdampak Positif Bagi Murid

Pada pembelajaran Modul 3.3, saya mempelajari tentang penyusunan program yang berdampak positif pada murid.  Modul ini adalah modul terakhir  yang harus dipelajari dalam Pendidikan Guru Penggerak. Sama halnya dengan modul-modul sebelumnya,  pada Modul 3.3 ini dimulai  dengan alur MERDEKA yaitu Mulai dari diri. Pada tahap Mulai dari diri, CGP disuguhkan dengan dua pertanyaan pemantik yaitu apa yang dimaksud dengan program yang berdampak pada murid dan kaitannya dengan student agency. Kemudian di dalam eksplorasi konsep, saya mempelajari tentang bagaimana menyusun program yang berdampak pada murid, bagaimana cara menumbuhkan student agency dengan mempertimbangkan 3 aspek yang dimiliki murid seperti suara (voice), pilihan (choice), dan kepemilikan(ownership). Kemudian materi tentang lingkungan yang mendukung tumbuh kembangnya kepemimpinan murid, serta pentingnya keterlibatan komunitas dalam menumbuhkan kepemimpinan murid. Dalam forum diskusi eksplorasi konsep, beberapa orang CGP diberikan kesempatan untuk menjelaskan tentang program/kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan sekolah mereka yang berdampak pada murid dan CGP lainnya memberikan umpan balik dari penjelasan tersebut.  Pada tahap aksi nyata, saya harus  menyusun program yang berdampak positif bagi murid di sekolah saya sendiri, dalam tahapan B (Buat pertanyaan) dan A (ambil pelajaran), dilengkapi dengan dokumentasi langkah-langkah kegiatan yang dilakukan.

Perasaan saya dalam mempelajari modul ini campur aduk, antara senang, bingung, cemas  dan lelah juga. Senang karena saya mendapat banyak wawasan melalui kolaborasi atau sharing pengalaman dengan teman tentang ide-ide program yang akan dan sedang dilaksanakan. Bingung karena tidak tahu program yang benar-benar dibutuhkan dan sesuai dengan  student agency yang mana ada voice, choice dan kepemilikan siswa. Cemas karena takut program yang saya gulirkan tidak didukung oleh pihak sekolah terutama pemangku kebijakan. Lelah juga karena akhir-akhir kegiatan, tugas-tugas harus segera diselesaikan ditengah berbagai kesibukan yang mendera setiap harinya. Namun semua rasa bingung, cemas dan lelah terbayar dengan kenyataan bahwa semua pihak sangat support dengan program yang saya ajukan dan membantu melaksanakan bersama-sama dengann  cara komunkasi, kolaborasi dan koordinasi dalam setiap langkah kegiatan.

Pembelajaran yang saya peroleh dari Aksi nyata  tahap B  (Buat Pertanyaan) adalah sangat penting bagi kita untuk selalu berkoordinasi dengan semua pihak yang terlibat dalam suatu program. Selain itu komunikasi yang hangat dan kolaborasi  antar semua elemen merupakan kunic sukses bagi suatu program untuk dijalankan. Lebih jauh lagi, perlunya keterlibatan siswa dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program supaya suara, pilihan dan kepemilikan mereka lebih didukung secara positif karena pada hakekatnya program tersebut untuk mereka sendiri.

Pembelajaran yang saya peroleh dari Aksi nyata tahap A (ambil pelajaran) adalah saya merasa tertantang untuk saya bisa membantu siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahannya. Saya lebih bersyukur bahwa kondisi anak-anak saya lebih baik dari mereka. ternyata siswa yang kita anggap baik-baik saja menyimpan seribu permasalahan yang membebani mereka dan berefek pada pembelajaran. Saya akan berusaha sebisa mungkin dengan pengetahuan dan pengalaman saya baik dari berbagi pengalaman dengan teman atau belajar dari referensi untuk bisa seoptimal mungkin membantu mereka.

Dari pelaksanan Aksi nyata Tahap B ini, saya akan menerapkan langkah-langkah yang sudah saya laksanakan ke depannya yakni adanya komunikasi, koordinasi dan kolaborasi dalam membuat suatu program/kegiatan.  Melalui diskusi, diseminasi dan kolaborasi antar semua elemen yang  terlibat dalam suatu program kegiatan, diharapkan kegiatan dapat berjalan lancer, semua pihak tahu apa yang dilakukan dan ikut serta mensukseskannya. Berbagai kelemahan atau kekurangan yang muncul dapat teratasi jika kita bersama-sama  bergandeng tangan menyelesaikan atau meminimalisir dampak negative yang mungkin timbul dari kegiatan.

 

Jurnal Refleksi Modul 3.2 Pemimpin dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya

 Pada pembelajaran Modul 3.2, saya mempelajari tentang peran sekolah sebagai suatu komunitas, sekolah sebagai suatu ekosistem yang mana terdapat factor biotik (guru, murid, kepala sekolah, TU, Wali murid, Pengawas) dan abiotik (sarana dan prasarana sekolah) yang saling ketergantungan dan membentuk sinergi yang harmonis, selaras dan berdaya guna. Ada 7 aset yang ada di sekolah antara lain aset manusia, Fisik, sosial, politik,lingkungan, finansial, agama dan budaya, Guru penggerak sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran harus mampu mengelola asset-aset tersebut supaya berdaya guna.Dalam pengelolaan  asset, ada 2 metode, yakni Pendekatan Berbasis Masalah/Kekurangan (Deficit-Based Approach) dan Pendekatan Berbasis Aset/Kekuatan (Asset-Based Approach). Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa pendekatan berbasis Aset akan lebih menghasilkan keputusan yang baik, positif dan berfikir kedepan, bukan negatif thinking dan berfikir ke belakang. Pada aksi nyata, kami sebagai calon guru penggerak diminta untuk melakukan aksi nyata dengan mengidentifikasikan sumber daya sebagai aset/kekuatan yang dimiliki sekolah. Identifikasi sumber daya sekolah dilakukan secara kolaboratif agar semua warga sekolah dapat bersama-sama mengetahui dan memanfaatkannya untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Perasaan sebelum mempelajari modul 3.2 ini saya berpikir analisa  sumber daya dengan melihat kekurangan dan  kelebihan  yang ada di sekolah. Namun setelah mempelajari modul 3.2 pemimpin dalam pengelolaan sumber daya akhirnya saya mampu merubah cara berpikir saya bahwa kita harus berpikir berbasis aset/kekuatan yang ada; memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada dan tersedia secara optimal, jangan mencari-cari yang tidak ada. Dengan cara pandang berbasis aset ini membuat saya mengoptimalkan aset/modal dan kekuatan yang ada untuk melaksanakan program sekolah. Berpikir berbasis aset/kekuatan sangat penting dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin karena pemimpin harus dapat memaksimalkan potensi yang ada dalam ekosistem sekolahnya agar dapat menggerakan ekosistem sekolah untuk dapat berpikir positif dalam mengembangkan sekolah. Perasaan saya setelah mempelajari modul sangat senang, bersemangat, dan optimis bahwa kita bisa melangkah dengan asset yang ada. Saya juga senang karena dapat berbagi praktik baik bagaimana kita memetakan aset/modal yang ada di sekolah. Dengan memetakan aset/modal yang ada kita dapat memanfaatkannya untuk merencanakan program yang berdampak bagi murid. 

Pada modul 3.2 ini saya belajar tentang  bagaimana mengelola 7 aset yang ada dan berfikir dengan pendekatan asset. Disebutkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan sumber daya dapat dilakukan dengan 2 pendekatan, yaitu  pendekatan berbasis kekurangan (deficit-based approach) akan memusatkan perhatian pada masalah dan kekurangan yang ada di sekolah. Pendekatan berbasis aset (asset-based approach) akan memusatkan perhatian pada kekuatan dan potensi yang ada di sekolah. Pendekatan berbasis aset memiliki manfaat yang lebih positif dalam mengembangkan diri dan mencari peluang, daripada pendekatan berbasis kekurangan yang cenderung menimbulkan pikiran negatif. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya kita mengadopsi pendekatan berbasis aset untuk melihat sumber daya sekolah agar dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan dan potensi yang ada untuk mencapai kesuksesan. Selain itu pengelolaan sumber daya yang ada di sekolahnya juga dapat menggunakan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) kita sebut dengan Pengembangan Komunitas Berbasis Aset (PKBA) yang dikembangkan oleh John McKnight dan Jody Kretzmann. Pendekatan PKBA atau Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) merupakan suatu kerangka kerja yang membangun kemandirian dari suatu komunitas dengan memfokuskan pada potensi aset/sumber daya yang dimilikinya. PKBA menekankan pada kapasitas, kemampuan, pengetahuan, jaringan, dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh komunitas. Dengan demikian, pendekatan PKBA mendorong terciptanya kehidupan komunitas yang lebih berkelanjutan dan berdaya guna. Di dalam sebuah sekolah, pendekatan PKBA dapat diterapkan dengan memanfaatkan potensi dan sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh seluruh warga sekolah agar kegiatan pendidikan dapat diselenggarakan secara efisien dan efektif. Sekolah bisa kita pandang sebagai sebuah komunitas. Karena itu, sekolah dapat belajar tentang bagaimana menjadi komunitas yang sehat dan tangguh. Komunitas sekolah dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimilikinya seperti halnya komunitas pada umumnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan komunitas berbasis aset. Pemanfaatan sumber daya tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan memetakan tujuh aset utama atau modal utama yakni asset manusia, asset fisik, lingkungan, social, finansial , politik, agama dan budaya. Semua asset tersebut saling mepengaruhi dan sebagai seorang pemimpin pembelajaran, kita harus bisa memanfaatkan asset-aset tersebut untuk kepentingan bersama, yang mana semua aspek yang ada dalam komunitas sekolah saling bersinergi secara harmonis, selaras dan berdaya guna untuk membentuk lingkungan yang aman, nyaman dan well being.

Untuk penerapan ke depannya, dalam penerapan di kelas dan di sekolah, saya sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran harus mampu mengelola 7 aset utama sebagai kekuatan dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan sekolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis kekuatan/aset dan pendekatan berbasis kekurangan. Saya memandang guru sebagai aset manusia yang utama dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran harus berinovasi dan mengembangkan diri secara berkelanjutan agar tercipta pendidikan yang berpihak pada murid.
